The first race in many years was run Saturday October 20th 2007 and it was
GREAT! Everyone pitched in to help make the day very successful. Bruckner
Hobbies and RC Thunder Hobbies joined forces to help make the race happen with
Steven Chew being the motivating force. With this enthusiasm we will be
running more races in the future. CLICK

Lance Gonzalez started the craze going again. He wanted to run his race car but did not know where he could
go. We told him about the "old dirt track" at Gun Hill road. He decided to work
on the track and put it back in shape. He spent his time, energy and his money
to make it much better after years of neglect. It
looks like OFF ROAD RACING IS BACK IN THE BRONX! Guys were just having
fun! Rafael Quinones
and Steven Chew have been working hard to expand the size of the track. The
maintenance is huge with a track this large. I tip my hat to all the guys
working on this track. The track is located on Bronx Boulevard where it crosses
Gun Hill Road.
Pictured below is the first race in many a year at the Gun Hill Road Off Road
track.
